1. Overview
By booking a session or using this website, you agree to the following terms. These are in place to ensure a smooth, transparent, and enjoyable experience for all clients.

2. Privacy & Personal Information
Your privacy is important. Any personal information collected (such as your name, contact details, or session information) will only be used for the purpose of managing your booking and providing services.

Your information will never be sold or shared with third parties, unless required by law or necessary to deliver services (e.g. online galleries or payment platforms).

3. Image Usage & Consent
Photographs and films may be used for portfolio, website, and marketing purposes.

If you prefer your images not to be shared publicly, please let me know prior to or at the time of your session — your privacy will always be respected.

4. Booking & Payments
A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your session. Full payment terms will be provided at the time of booking.

Sessions are not confirmed until the booking fee has been received.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Booking fees are non-refundable. However, sessions may be rescheduled with sufficient notice, subject to availability.

In the event of unsuitable weather or unforeseen circumstances, sessions will be rescheduled at no additional cost.

6. Session Expectations
All sessions are conducted in a relaxed, natural style. While every effort is made to capture a wide variety of moments, results may vary depending on factors such as weather, lighting, and cooperation of participants (especially young children).

7. Image Delivery
Clients will receive a gallery of carefully selected and edited images. Raw (unedited) files are not provided.

Turnaround times will be advised at the time of booking.

8. File Storage
Final images and films are stored for up to 2 years from the session date. During this time, clients may request files to be re-sent if needed.

After this period, files may be permanently deleted. Clients are responsible for downloading and backing up their images once delivered.

9. Liability
While all care is taken in capturing and delivering your images, Captivate by BK is not liable for circumstances beyond control, including but not limited to weather conditions, equipment failure, or unforeseen disruptions.

In the unlikely event of total equipment failure or loss of images, liability is limited to a reshoot or refund at discretion.

10. Website Use
All content on this website, including images and text, is the property of Captivate by BK and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.

11. Changes to These Terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. The most current version will always be available on this website.
