A relaxed, quick session designed to create something meaningful without the pressure. You’ll receive all the moments worth keeping, along with a short film to relive it all again. Includes all edited photos and one 30s edited video.
Cancellation Policy
Booking & Payment A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your session date and time. Bookings are not confirmed until this payment has been received. The remaining balance is due prior to or on the day of your session. All sessions include a relaxed, guided experience and a full gallery of carefully selected and beautifully edited images, along with your chosen video inclusions. Rescheduling Life happens — I completely understand. You’re welcome to reschedule your session with at least 48 hours’ notice, and your booking fee will be transferred to a new date (subject to availability). Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of your session may result in the booking fee being forfeited. Cancellations All booking fees are non-refundable, as your session time is reserved exclusively for you. If you choose to cancel your session, the booking fee will not be refunded. In some cases, I may offer the option to transfer your booking to a future date at my discretion. Late Arrivals Sessions start at the scheduled time. Late arrivals may result in a shorter session to avoid impacting other bookings. Weather & Unforeseen Circumstances If weather conditions are unsuitable (heavy rain, strong winds, etc.), your session will be rescheduled at no additional cost. If I am unable to attend due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, your session will be rescheduled or refunded in full. Turnaround Time Your final gallery and films will be delivered within 2 weeks unless otherwise advised. Image & Film Delivery You will receive all carefully selected and edited images from your session. Raw (unedited) files are not provided. Image Storage & Re-Delivery Your final images and films will be securely stored for up to 2 years from your session date. During this time, you’re welcome to reach out if you lose your files or need them re-sent — I’m always happy to help. After this period, files may be permanently deleted, so I recommend downloading and backing up your images once delivered. Waitlist Policy If your preferred date is unavailable, you may join the waitlist. If a cancellation occurs, waitlist clients will be contacted in order of request and given a limited time to secure the session.
